
Since it is so hot today I decided to make Tanner and Abigail their very FIRST smoothie! They enjoyed it after a nice dip in their pool.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
1 c. Whole Milk
1 ripe banana (sliced)
4-6 ripe strawberries (halved or quartered)
Put all ingredients into the blender and liquify. You can use yogurt (or frozen yogurt) instead or even add a few ice cubes to cool it down. ENJOY!
