Christmas Day came and Tanner tore open his new tractor toy with delight. He played with it a lot the first two days...so much that it broke! I contacted yoyo.com at 4:50 on January 4th and they said they would send a replacement out that day and would email me a return shipping label to return to broken toy. The Lift it Luke (2.0) arrived at 11:30 the following day...all the way from Pennsylvania! I couldn't believe how quickly it got to us...and without having to pay a single penny for expedited shipping! I called yoyo.com to thank them for their speedy service and top notch customer service.
