These are some of the wonderful pictures taken by Ashli Bickford of Fairytale Photography in Rockland, Maine. Ashli hosted Holiday Short Sessions November 19th and 20th. She created a holiday studio in her home complete with Christmas trees, decorations, and Santa Claus (played by her husband). Ashli set up 20 minute sessions for people to come in and have their child(ren) photographed for $25 ($20 if you recommend a friend). She had holiday accessories and props handy for the kids to wear and play with while she took pictures. Two weeks later Ashli gave each of the thirty-three participating families a CD with ALL the proofs from their session, including 10 edited photos (she picked the best ones and edited them). Families are able to use the pictures on the CD to make holiday photo cards or have prints made anywhere they want! Ashli is planning to host Easter Short Sessions in the spring.
