Zebra Cake: Black with White Stripes or White with Black Stripes?

My mother-in-law, Hazel, told me about a "Zebra Cake" that can be made with Famous Chocolate Wafers and whipped cream...nothing else. She made it for Matt's birthday in June and again this past Sunday as a special dessert. It is DELICIOUS...it tastes like a homemade Oreo cookie!

Famous Chocolate Refrigerator Roll "Zebra Cake"

2 c. whipping cream
1 t. vanilla
1 pkg. (9 oz.) Famous Chocolate Wafers

1. Beat cream with mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently stir in vanilla.
2. Spread 1-1/2 t. whipped cream onto each wafer; stack, then stand on edge on platter. Frost with remaining whipped cream.
3. Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut into diagonal slices to serve.

Note: Assemble as directed. Freeze until firm. Wrap tightly. Store in freezer up to 2 months. Remove from freezer about 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
